You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, delivering end-to-end HR support, managing ER/IR matters, and guiding policy and changes across a small, cooperative team.
The role requires strong coaching, strategic and operational HR delivery, and the ability to balance people, costs, and performance while maintaining the organisation's values-driven approach to community health.
