Duties
Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
Skills & experience
Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy OR Registered Nursing.
Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration
Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.
Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced
