About the Role




This is more than a retail role.You'll be one of the faces of Rich Glen.
One moment you might be guiding a customer through their first olive oil tasting, the next recommending skincare, putting together the perfect gift or sharing the story behind the products we grow and create right here in Bright.
It's about making every person who walks through our doors feel genuinely welcome, inspired and connected to Rich Glen — while being part of a close-knit team that takes pride in creating something special.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating warm, genuine and memorable experiences for every customer
Sharing the Rich Glen story and bringing our farm, products and philosophy to life
Learning our product range so you can confidently recommend products to suit each customer
Hosting and maintaining product tastings
Creating thoughtful gifts and hampers with care and attention to detail
Keeping our retail spaces beautifully presented, stocked and ready to welcome customers
Processing sales and assisting with day-to-day retail operations
Working alongside a supportive team, particularly during busy trading periods
What You'll Bring
You're naturally warm, engaging and curious.
You enjoy talking to people,



learning about great products and helping someone find exactly what they're looking for.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service
A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
Great communication skills and the ability to connect with all kinds of people
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Availability to work regular weekend shifts and during peak trading periods
Experience in premium retail, food, beauty or lifestyle brands is a bonus — as is experience with visual merchandising, gift wrapping or stock management — but just as important is your enthusiasm, authenticity and willingness to learn.
