Working closely with the Director, Student Services and senior stakeholders, you will lead the effective delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycle while driving strategic initiatives, service improvements and a positive, high-performing team culture.Your key responsibilitieswork closely with the Director, Student Services, senior leaders, students and key stakeholders across the Universitylead the Enrolment Services team, aligning workforce and resources to deliver high-quality servicesoversee operational planning and delivery of enrolment services across the student lifecycledrive continuous improvement of enrolment systems, processes and services to enhance the student experienceprovide strategic advice and insights on enrolment services, operational performance, risks and opportunitiesbuild solid stakeholder partnerships to support effective service delivery and strategic initiatives.About youproven senior management experience leading large service delivery teams within a complex organisational environmentdemonstrated experience in student administration or student services, with an understanding of issues impacting the student experiencedemonstrated experience managing client services using ServiceNow or similar service management platformsdemonstrated capability in workforce planning, people leadership, performance management and resolving complex HR mattersexperience in financial management,
