As part of the Integrated and Community Health team, you'll work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to support services that make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of people across Western Sydney.Join a collaborative, innovative and values-driven workforceWork directly with Directors and senior decision-makersGain exposure to strategic initiatives that influence healthcare deliveryBuild strong networks across clinical, community and corporate servicesTravel across WSLHD sites and contribute to district-wide outcomesWhat you'll be doingAs the Operational Support Officer, you will provide high-level organisational, administrative and operational support to the Directors of the Integrated and Community Health Clinical Operations and Allied Health & Priority Communities portfolios.
You will play a critical role in ensuring priorities are coordinated efficiently while supporting strategic objectives across the District.In this rewarding role, you will:Manage executive correspondence, ministerial requests, briefings, reports and sensitive communicationsCoordinate complex diaries, inbox management, meetings, committees and competing prioritiesPrepare agendas, minutes and action registers while providing high-level secretariat supportSupport workforce administration activities including recruitment,
onboarding and HealthRoster processesIdentify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting to enhance operational performanceSelection Criteria:Demonstrated experience providing high level executive support including diary management and preparing executive documents.Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to problem solve, prioritise requests, manage workloads and meet deadlinesDemonstrated high level communication skills, both verbal and written including attention to detail.Demonstrated advanced proficiency in business writing including briefs, replying to Ministerials and complaintsDemonstrated proficiency in the use of variety of Microsoft office suite, including electronic records management system (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Content Manager (HPECM) previously known as TRIM/HPRM).
