Reporting to our Director of Media and Performance, you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio, leading performance strategy, campaign execution, optimisation and measurement.
This is predominantly lead generation and performance marketing across considered, high-value purchases where success is measured through qualified enquiries, lead quality and cost per acquisition, rather than eCommerce sales.Key responsibilitiesLead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTokIdentify opportunities to improve, scale and evolve client performanceOwn the full conversion journey from ad and creative through to landing page, form and enquiryBrief and challenge creative, and run meaningful A/B testing across ads, landing pages and conversion journeysBuild robust measurement frameworks across GA4, GTM, platform tracking and attributionTurn data into clear insights, recommendations and client storiesWork closely with Client Services, Strategy, Content and Creative teamsMentor and develop other members of the performance teamContribute to pitches, new business and broader agency thinkingUse AI,
