This role is field-based and focused on relationship-driven sales, territory development, and disciplined CRM management.The successful candidate will represent the Peerless brand in-market, drive sustainable revenue growth, and strengthen long-term partnerships through consistent engagement, technical product knowledge, and professional execution.All training will be provided and this will be on-going.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Territory ManagementManage and grow an established sales territory, with a focus on dealer networks and key end-usersIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the regionExecute structured call plans, customer visits, and follow-upsDrive product mix, upgrades, and value-based selling across the Peerless rangeManage service/repairs - Technical training will be providedRelationship & Community EngagementBuild strong, trusted relationships with customers, dealers, and local industry stakeholdersActively participate in local trade events, field demos, and dealer activitiesRepresent Peerless Products professionally and consistently in the regionSystems & Process DisciplineMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the Peerless CRMLog all sales activity, opportunities,
