Eight Mile Plains, Queensland, AustraliaAbout the roleYou'll prepare hydraulic designs and drawings across traditional building-hydraulics services, including roofwater drainage, gutters, sanitary drainage, water supply, fire services, gas and effluent disposal.Stormwater experience is highly regarded, with opportunities to contribute to site drainage, charged systems, pit and pipe networks, legal points of discharge and in office detention according to your experience and development needs.Key responsibilitiesPrepare accurate hydraulic designs, calculations and drawings for residential projectsDesign and document roofwater, sanitary drainage, water supply, fire, gas and effluent disposal systemsInterpret architectural, structural and civil plans and translate requirements into coordinated, buildable documentationUse AutoCAD and/or Revit, along with relevant design and workflow systemsUndertake design checks in accordance with the NCC, AS/NZS **** series, local requirements and STA standardsAssist with stormwater design tasks where capability allowsCoordinate with engineers, drafters, planners, clients and other internal teamsManage allocated work through STA systems, including progress and time recordingCheck your own work for accuracy, compliance, consistency and constructabilityParticipate in technical training,
