LifeFul is seeking an experienced NDIS Plan Management Team Leader to join our national, fully remote team.
This hands-on leadership role will continue to manage participant plans while guiding and supporting the Plan Management Team to deliver high-quality service in line with NDIS requirements.You will oversee plan management tasks, budgets, invoices, reconciliations and provider payments; mentor staff and escalate complex issues.
