FCM - the large market, global corporate travel division of the Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for unique Corporate Travel Consultant.About the opportunity: FCM Corporate Travel Consultant - AccommodationIn this role you will manage emergency accommodation bookings for a national insurance company.
You'll be someone who loves to connect with customers and can show compassion and empathy in times of need.Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year travel consulting experience, however this could also be an opportunity for the right candidate to step into corporate travel without a travel background and build up their experience.
Our ideal candidate will understand what excellent service means for customers and be business and travel industry oriented.
You'll like working in a team environment, but also comfortable working autonomously.All about you:Solid Verbal and Written communication with an ability to listen carefully, demonstrate empathy and deliver clear optionsExperience in a customer service roleAbility to learn new systemsStrong time management skills and professionalismMultitasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations in a fast paced environmentHigh attention to detailExcellent communication skillsA 'can do' attitudeExperience desirable, but not essential:Leisure or corporate travel managementGlobal Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre would be highly regarded!
