The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with technical support for users, application configuration, web technology, integrations, data,



security and the diagnosis and resolution of software-related problems.The position supports internal recruitment, contractor management, client engagement, payroll operations, compliance and reporting.
It works directly with users and business stakeholders to determine requirements, resolve incidents, improve the effective use of applications, and implement practical, secure and maintainable technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL and SOSL.Configure and support Salesforce, Agentforce, Einstein AI, security, data, reports and dashboards.Diagnose application, configuration, access, integration and data issues while supporting business users.Develop REST and SOAP integrations and support Salesforce Experience Cloud and connected applications.Key CriteriaHands-on Salesforce administration and development experience across configuration, security, data and release management.Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, SOSL and Salesforce APIs.Experience providing ICT application support, troubleshooting technical problems and supporting business applications.Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI or comparable enterprise AI capabilities.
