This role reports into the Mining Superintendent, were you will be responsible for providing high quality guidance and leadership to the haulage teams, through mentoring, coaching and for ensuring a safe work environment.




This role will be an 14:7 roster consisting of 7D/7N/7X FIFO roster from Brisbane or Cairns.Organising and scheduling the haulage crew to meet daily production targetsManagement of production and mechanical break-down issuesAccountability for providing comprehensive reporting to the management team on production achievements, challenges and issuesProviding effective guidance, coaching and mentoring to site personnelMaintaining and fostering a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding serviceDevelopment of working relationships with key stakeholders on siteWhat is requiredPrevious experience working in haulage and working towards production targetsPrevious experience successfully leading a teamDemonstrated robust problem solving, lateral thinking and analytical skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbal with an ability to import knowledge, coach and mentor othersAbout CSI Mining ServicesCSI, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources (MinRes), is one of Australia's largest mining services contractors.
