Today this includes the supply and installation of steel house frames and roofing, lightweight cladding, guttering and downpipes, garage doors, and linings.We're on the lookout for an experienced and hands‐on Construction Manager to lead installation activities across our division.In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You'll play a key leadership role supporting Site Supervisors and Subcontractors, while driving a strong safety-first culture.About the RoleReporting into the business, you will oversee day‐to‐day site operations and provide technical guidance across projects.
This is a leadership role where you'll balance safety, compliance, people management, and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and promote a strong safety-first culture, ensuring all works comply with WH&S; legislation and internal proceduresManage customer relationships and sales opportunity'sMonitor, report, and manage HSE performance, incidents, and corrective actionsLead, support, and develop Site Supervisors and SubcontractorsProvide technical guidance on building codes, design, and installation practicesEnsure all installations meet quality, compliance, and customer expectationsWork closely with internal teams to support design, estimation,



and project deliveryAssist in training and onboarding of Product InstallersManage workloads and resolve escalations effectivelyAbout YouProven experience in the construction industry (residential preferred)Strong knowledge of WH&S; / OHS standards and obligationsAbility to read and interpret building plans and technical drawingsSolid understanding of building codes and compliance requirementsStrong leadership and communication skillsHolds a valid driver's licence and White CardRelevant trade or state licences (highly regarded)Why Join Us?
