About the role
You will work across the life of a construction project, from setting it up to resolving issues when they arise.
You will:
Draft and review construction contracts and related documents
Advise clients on their rights and obligations during projects
Assist on construction disputes, from early notices through to resolution
Support partners on high-profile matters
Work across construction, property and commercial issues as they arise
What you'll bring
2 to 5 years' PAE
Admission to practise in Australia and a current practising certificate
Construction law experience, on the front end, the back end or both
Solid drafting skills and a collaborative approach
