Key Responsibilities
Maintenance coordinationorganise remediation tasks and keep workflows moving
Reception dutiesgreet visitors, manage calls, inbox triage, booking appointments
Homeowner supportmanage enquiries and provide clear progress updates
Inspections & trade worksarrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade bookings
Team & trade liaisonwork with supervisors, internal teams and trade partners
Record keepingupload invoices,



quotes and reports accurately
Action trackingmonitor outstanding items and escalate complex matters
General service adminphone/email enquiries, documentation, follow ups
What You ll Bring
