Job Description
Endeavour Group's Josef Chromy Wines restaurant in Tasmania is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a fine-dining team and oversee daily operations on a 12‐month fixed term (maternity) contract.
You'll drive guest satisfaction, manage staff and resources, and contribute to a premium dining experience in a scenic vineyard setting.
The role offers a base salary of $87,000 plus super, bonus, and group-wide discounts.
RSA required; solid leadership and hospitality passion are essential.
