This is a parental leave contract through to January ****, with the potential for the role to be extended or to transition into a permanent position at the end of the contract.The role involves a strong level of client contact, so the successful candidate will be confident, professional and comfortable communicating directly with clients and managing their enquiries.
Duties include (but are not limited to):Providing high-level legal support to senior lawyers and the wider Real Estate teamLiaising confidently and professionally with clients on a regular basisEnd-to-end file and matter managementPreparing legal documents,



correspondence and presentationsManaging client enquiries and following up on outstanding mattersAssisting with billing, invoicing and other administrative tasksABOUT YOUThe successful candidate will be highly organised, confident and professional, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
You will also have:Proven experience as a Legal Assistant within a commercial law firmPrevious experience supporting Partners or senior lawyersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence dealing directly with clients and managing enquiriesStrong organisation and attention to detailPlease note, student will not be considered for this role.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
