Working within a member-focused environment, you'll lead the development of learning strategies, education programs and content that supports members across key life stages, while coaching and uplifting learning capability across the organisation.About the role:Lead the design and delivery of member education programs, learning journeys and supporting resources across the retain and retire lifecycleApply adult learning principles to create engaging, accessible and user-friendly educational experiencesTranslate complex superannuation, retirement and financial concepts into transparent, practical and engaging contentDrive the development of digital learning, webinars, events and other education initiativesProvide thought leadership in learning, capability and education, establishing best practice standards and frameworksPartner with Product, Digital, Experience, Marketing and subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, compliant and aligned to business prioritiesCoach and develop learning capability across teams, embedding structured and evidence-based learning approachesEnsure education content remains current,



accessible and aligned to regulatory requirements, product changes and member needsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member engagement and education outcomesWhat we're looking for:Demonstrated experience designing and developing adult learning, education or instructional contentStrong understanding of adult learning principles and their practical applicationExperience creating digital learning solutions, educational resources and multi-channel learning experiencesExceptional written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiencesProven experience influencing and collaborating across cross-functional teamsExperience leading learning, education or capability initiatives and providing guidance to stakeholdersAbility to balance member engagement, learning effectiveness, compliance and risk considerationsRelevant tertiary qualifications in education, instructional design, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experienceWhat will set you apart:Demonstrated experience designing and delivering multi-faceted learning programs that drive capability development and measurable business outcomes.Proven ability to identify opportunities,



develop concepts and build compelling business cases and program scope from the ground up.Strong practical experience delivering learning initiatives in real-world organisational environments, with a focus on implementation, adoption and impact.Experience building organisational capability through a broad range of learning approaches, extending beyond traditional events, seminars and webinars.Experience within the superannuation industry is highly regarded.
