The club provides grassroots and elite programs for Rugby and Touch Football more than **** male and female players.We are excited to welcome applications from suitably experienced candidate for the role of, "Premier Womens Head Coach", ahead of the **** season.Roles and ResponsibilitiesInstalling style of play - alignment throughout senior clubWeekly planning - training sessions, selections, communicationWeekly team and individual performance review process - video, statistics, presentationsWeekly preview process - opposition, refereesRetention and recruitment, including depth charting and succession planning.Player development, eg, Individual Performance Plans, Long term athlete development plans, performance reviews (weekly,
