12-hour shifts, Thursday to Wednesday

About the Role We are seeking an experiencedEnd User Desktop Support Specialistto provide onsite IT support in a remote site environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provideonsite Level 1 IT and desktop support, including laptop builds and troubleshooting.
Supporthardware, applications, unified communications and guest networks.
Troubleshoot desktop and application issues and provide face-to-face support to end users.
Manageincidents and service requeststhrough to resolution.
Perform dailymeeting room diagnostic checks.
Coordinateprinter maintenance, consumables and hardware repairswith vendors.
Manage hardware failures, replacement parts and physical installation.
MaintainIT asset and equipment records.
Provide regular updates to users and work closely with Service Desk and resolver teams.
Perform other IT support duties as required.




About You
Experience indesktop, service desk or onsite IT support.
Strong troubleshooting skills acrosshardware and applications.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable working in asite environment.
Ability to work12-hour shifts on a FIFO roster.
Solid incident and service request management skills.
Service Desk/ticketing experience preferred.
