At The Outsource Pro (TOP), we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Claim Processor with hands-on exposure to the Australian insurance domain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end claims processing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery aligned with client expectations.Key responsibilitiesProcess insurance claims in accordance with Australian standards and client guidelines.Review, verify, and validate claim documents for completeness and accuracy.Coordinate with internal teams and clients for missing or additional information.Ensure timely processing and closure of claims within defined SLAs.Maintain proper documentation and records of all claim-related activities.Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as required.Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.Generate reports and updates on claim status and processing.Required skillsStrong experience in Australian insurance claim processing.Good understanding of insurance policies, claims lifecycle, and documentation.High attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant tools.Ability to work independently in a remote/part time setup.Preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in any relevant field.Prior experience working with Australian clients (mandatory).
Exposure to insurance software/tools (preferred).
