lasting client relationshipsAbout youStrong technical knowledge across Australian taxation, financial reporting and complianceTechnology and AI acumen—comfortable adopting new tools and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can transform the professionCA or CPA qualified (or well progressed)Minimum 4–5 years' experience in Australian public practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine commitment to client serviceA strong team mentalityExperience with GP accounts an advantageClear pathways for career progression and professional developmentSupportive, collaborative and cutting-edge team cultureFlexible working arrangements and a healthy work-life balanceOngoing technical training and support and opportunity to work closely with Directors
