Joyce Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced HME Component Rebuild Fitter to join our Mackay-based workshop team supporting the growth of our rapidly expanding component repair division.
This position will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling major mechanical components including but not limited to transmissions, final drives, differentials, hydraulic cylinders and pumps and motors.Our component repair department plays a critical role in delivering quick, reliable turnaround times for our clients' heavy machinery needs.
This workshop-based position operates on a 7:7 dayshift only roster with 12-hour shifts, running from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.Position ResponsibilitiesStrip down components for inspection and cleaningReplace or refurbish worn or damaged partsAssess wear, damage, or failure causesThe disassembly,
