About the job Salesforce Project Manager (FSL)ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to run Salesforce Field Service implementations for businesses that deliver services in the field.
You will be accountable for scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder confidence from kickoff through go-live and handover.This role is based in Australia, Sydney preferred.
The right candidate understands how Salesforce projects run, has managed Field Service rollouts before, and is comfortable working with technical teams and operations leaders.WHAT YOU'LL DOProject DeliveryPlan and run Salesforce Field Service projects from initiation to go-liveManage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and dependenciesRun sprint planning, stand-ups, and delivery governanceTrack progress and report status to the client and internal leadershipManage change requests and keep the project aligned to the agreed outcomesTeam CoordinationCoordinate architects, developers, business analysts, and testersWork with the solution architect to keep design and delivery on trackManage onshore and offshore team members where requiredKeep the team focused and unblockedStakeholder ManagementAct as the main contact for client sponsors and operations leadersManage expectations around scope, timeline, and trade-offsRun steering committee meetings and executive updatesWork with dispatch and field operations teams on process change and adoptionGo-Live & HandoverPlan data migration, UAT, training, and cutoverCoordinate technician rollout,



including mobile devices and field trainingLead go-live and hypercareHand over to the client support team or managed servicesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORMust-Have5+ years of project management experience in IT or software delivery3+ years managing Salesforce projectsDelivery of at least two Salesforce Field Service implementationsStrong track record of delivering on time and on budgetExperience with Agile delivery and hybrid project approachesBased in Australia with full working rights, Sydney preferredClear written and verbal communication with senior stakeholdersTechnical AwarenessGood understanding of the Salesforce platform and the Field Service productFamiliarity with scheduling, work orders, service appointments, and technician mobile workflowsComfortable with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery toolsUnderstanding of integration and data migration risks on enterprise projectsPreferred CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalentCertified Scrum Master or similar Agile certificationNICE TO HAVEPrior experience with a Salesforce partner or consultancyBackground in Utilities, Telecommunications, or EnergyExperience managing offshore delivery teamsExperience with change management for field workforcesWHAT SETS YOU APARTYou know where Field Service projects usually get into trouble and plan for it earlyYou can keep a client calm and informed when things changeComfortable working across business, technical, and field teamsPractical, organised, and focused on getting the project live
