Working closing with our operational managers, supervisors and employees, your role will provide practical support across all aspects of the People and Culture eco-system.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being close to our operation, building trusted relationships and resolving people matters early and effectively.Responsibilities:Provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace changeLead the recruitment and selection process across all areas of the businessCoach managers to manage the people framework in their areasAssist in the development and implementation of our TRIBE training academyLead and facilitate succession planning activities to develop internal talent pipelinesAssist in HR reporting, analytics and continuous improvement projectsSupport in compliance, audits and HR risk management activitiesContribute to consultation,



organisational development, employee engagement and workforce capability; andIdentify opportunities to improve our systems and practices across the people eco-systemQualifications:Experience in a People & Culture Advisor, HR Advisor or similar roleCert IV in Training and Assessment will be seen as favourableStrong attention to detailKnowledge of contemporary Human Resource best practiceStrong written communication, documentation and case-management skillsThe ability to interpret workforce data and identify trends or emerging people risksThe ability to build trusted relationships with both employees and leaders while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentRelocation funding: is availablefor the right candidate who needs to relocate to GoulburnMake a real difference: by building and delivering on our practices and propose ways of improving them.
