You will ensure food is prepared to the highest standard, manage stock and costs, and uphold HSE and HACCP practices.The role requires formal trade qualifications, strong leadership, and the ability to train kitchen staff; accommodation meals are provided and you'll operate in a energetic guest-focused environment.
