Our teams work closely across the business, and every role contributes to keeping the Company running effectively.About the role:We are looking for an experienced and detail-focused Accounts Officer – Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable to join our finance team.This is a hands-on role within our finance function, responsible for the accurate and timely management of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining financial records and supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day and month-end activities.Your responsibilities will include:Processing supplier invoices, payments and AR/AP transactionsCoding and processing invoices in accordance with Company proceduresProcessing customer payments, receipts,
invoices and credit notesMonitoring customer accounts and following up outstanding balancesCompleting bank and account reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving discrepanciesMaintaining accurate and up-to-date financial recordsAssisting with month-end processes and reconciliationsProviding general accounting and administrative support to the finance teamAbout you:We are looking for an experienced accounts professional who is organised, reliable and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of accuracy.You will have:Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable and receivableExperience with Xero, NetSuite or other accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood understanding of accounting processes and financial recordsStrong organisational and time management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesGood communication and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a teamYou'll be part of a collaborative team where accuracy, accountability and getting the job done well are valued.If you are an experienced Accounts Officer looking for a varied role where you can contribute to a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
