Our mindset foster innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:Develop and maintain Executive and Partner reporting for the Consumer Cards portfolioDeliver accurate reporting, reconciliations and insights that support strategic and operational decision-makingCoordinate portfolio planning, strategic reviews and quarterly business review activitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes across the cards businessMonitor portfolio performance and identify trends, risks, dependencies and growth opportunitiesProvide analysis on competitor activity, industry developments and market trendsEstablish and maintain performance management frameworks that improve portfolio visibility and accountabilityTrack progress against strategic objectives, business plans and transformation initiativesSupport governance activities and ensure reporting aligns with regulatory and business requirementsWork with stakeholders across Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Technology,



Operations and Distribution to achieve business outcomesCoordinate cross-functional action plans and performance improvement initiativesDeliver clear and actionable insights that inform prioritisation and investment decisionsWe're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
