We are looking for an experienced Full time Estimator to join our team.Key responsibilitiesPrepare accurate project estimates and quotationsRead and interpret plans and drawingsComplete material take-offs and costingsPrepare traditional/old-school material cut listsObtain supplier and subcontractor pricingIdentify material, labour and project requirementsAssist with variations, budgeting and cost controlLiaise with suppliers, clients and the project teamAbout youPrevious estimating experience, preferably in constructionStrong understanding of materials and construction methodsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyConfident reading plans and completing manual take-offsGood computer, communication and organisational skillsAble to work independently and as part of a team
