You will have the chance to work alongside both Corporate and Tax Partners advising across corporate governance,



regulatory compliance, shareholders agreements, commercial transactions as well as providing direct and indirect tax advice on business successions, corporate structuring and re-organisations, commercial transactions, tax audits, objections, private rulings etc.
