We play as a team, communicate openly and honestly, and give people real ownership from day one.What you'll doLead SEO and AI search strategy and delivery across our client portfolioBuild and run our approach to AI search visibility across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and CopilotOwn entity and structured data strategy: schema, knowledge graph presence and entity clarity, plus making client content worth citingLead technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability and indexation, Core Web Vitals, log file analysis, and how AI crawlers access client sitesBrief content that answers questions directly, working with our Copywriter and Content teamReport on performance, including AI referral traffic and citation tracking, not just rankingsPresent strategy and results to clients, and link search visibility to enquiries,



leads and revenueTell clients and us early when a channel isn't performing, and bring the fix with itYou'll sit within our Strategy Team, working closely with our Head of Strategy, Developer and Creative Team.What you'll bring3+ years in SEO, with results you can walk us throughHands‐on AI search visibility work.
We want evidence of what you changed and how you measured it, not opinions on where search is heading.A robust technical SEO foundation, using tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush or AhrefsFluency in structured data and entity‐based optimisationCommercial sense: you connect visibility to leads and revenue, not just trafficConfidence managing multiple clients on your own while playing as part of a teamFull Australian working rights (citizen or permanent resident).
