Manly Wharf is one of Sydney's most iconic waterfront playgrounds; home to buzzing venues where great food, good times and memorable experiences meet every day.
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning crew and help uphold the high standards and smooth operations that keep the precinct looking its best.
In this role you will work closely with our contracted cleaning team to ensure every area meets our high standards.
You'll conduct audits, manage supplies, support periodic and specialised cleaning tasks, and provide clear guidance and leadership to the team.

AM supervisor: Friday to Tuesday, 7am-3pm
PM supervisor: Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm-10pm, and Sunday, 2:30pm-9pm.
Key Responsibilities
Support and supervise the cleaning crew to ensure high standards are consistently met
Conduct regular cleaning audits and report findings
Perform hands-on cleaning duties across the precinct, including specialised tasks where required (carpets, windows, high areas, pressure cleaning)
Liaise with the Facilities Manager and contracted cleaning providers
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
Address performance issues promptly and provide team support and guidance
Maintain accurate cleaning records and checklists
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning ideally with supervisory experience




Solid knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemical safety, and WHS compliance
Ability to communicate, motivate, and lead a cleaning team effectively
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results
Solution-focused mindset with willingness to innovate and improve processes
