Whelan Lawyers is seeking a Commercial Lawyer with 4–5 years' post admission experience to join our growing Melbourne based team.This is a primarily remote role offering genuine flexibility, autonomy and direct client relationships, without the traditional office environment or six minute time recording.The roleYou'll manage a varied commercial practice, working directly with clients across:Commercial contracts and agreementsBusiness sales and acquisitionsCorporate advisoryEmployment mattersCommercial and retail leasingFranchisingDisputes and litigationYou'll have the opportunity to run your own matters, advise clients directly and take ownership of your work.About youHas 4–5 years PAEHas strong commercial law experienceIs confident working autonomouslyHas excellent drafting and negotiation skillsProvides practical, commercially focused adviceCommunicates confidently with clientsIs organised,
