Job Description

Wests New Lambton is seeking an experienced Cook to join a busy, energetic kitchen led by a dedicated Head Chef and team. You will work across a variety of cuisines, delivering quality and modern, innovative dishes in a rapid-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a professional kitchen, is flexible for a 5-day week over a 7-day operation, maintains high presentation standards, and demonstrates excellent communication and food hygiene practices.
