YOUR MISSIONWe're currently recruiting for:Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as brand ambassador in our Chatswood Boutique.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDriving the sales and results.Building team-oriented working relationships with both customers and team members.Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.Ensuring excellent level of customer service reflected in your boutique and maintain effective relationships with customers.Providing an unforgettable experience in store.Assisting with coaching and training the retail team.
Provide all team members with all the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments.Assisting with VIP nights and corporate eventsAssisting with management reporting on financials and performance as required.Inspiring the team to be in line with company and brand objectivesAchieving business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer serviceImplementing a culture of coaching in the storeSupporting the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career developmentSuggest Incentive schemes which will motivate the team.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCESAt TAG Heuer,
