About the Role
As Park Manager, you'll take ownership of one of Central Queensland's strongest accommodation operations, leading the business with confidence, accountability and a relentless focus on results.
You'll drive commercial performance, elevate standards, develop a high-performing leadership team and ensure every aspect of the operation reflects excellence.
This is a role for a leader who isn't afraid to make decisions and lead from the front.
This is a live-in management position, with a large onsite residence provided.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the park
Drive revenue, occupancy and overall business performance
Manage budgets, forecasting and financial outcomes
Lead and develop a team of approximately 35 staff
Coach and support department leaders
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Grounds operations
Maintain high standards across accommodation, facilities and grounds
Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow performance
Provide hands‐on operational support when required
About You
You're an experienced accommodation or tourism leader who enjoys accountability, ownership and leading from the front.
What you'll bring:
Previous experience managing a holiday park, hotel, resort, village or accommodation business
Strong financial and commercial management capability
Experience driving occupancy and revenue performance
Proven leadership experience in a multi-department operation
The ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with RMS, Newbook or similar property management systems
A current driver's licence
A genuine commitment to exceptional guest experiences
Most importantly, you're a leader who takes ownership and knows how to bring people with you.

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting and working with chemicals and machinery.
