You'll use your payroll knowledge, work with great clients and be part of a team that genuinely supports each other.Key responsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing and record maintenanceStaff onboarding and terminationsPay increases, adjustments and leave loadingAward and Enterprise Agreement interpretationPayroll reconciliations and year-end requirementsSupporting clients with payroll queries and practical adviceWorking closely with the Payroll team to keep things movingAbout youExperience with multiple Awards,
Enterprise Agreements and relevant legislationStrong accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication and people skillsA team-first approach and willingness to pitch inConfidence with technology and strong Excel skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesHigh levels of confidentiality and discretionAdaptability, resilience and a practical approach to problem solvingA genuine commitment to great client serviceNational Police Check and Working with Children Check requiredAbout usWe work exclusively with the Independent Education sector across Australia and Recent Zealand, providing accounting, finance, consulting and software services to schools.
