Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring in domestic and aged care settings.Skills and ExperienceVenepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method - MUST have minimum of 2YRS EXPERIENCE.Collection of blood and other samples from patients in residential homes and aged care facilities.Experience in ECGs and Holter monitorsProcessing of Pathology SpecimensAbility to work alone and as part of a busy teamClerical duties and Process paperworkCurrent NSW driver licenceAbility to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patientsAbility to provide dedication to patient care and service deliveryAbility to demonstrate organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to priorities and work under pressureComply with Work Health and SafetyIt is a requirement that a current working with children check, and police clearance is provided upon commencement of employment.Only applicants with the right to work in Australia may apply.
