As an SAA, you will manage the advisory needs of our existing clients while supporting our growth initiatives to onboard new clients.
This role serves as a cornerstone in upholding our high standards of professional advice, client service, and ethical integrity.
The SAA is expected to set a standard for other staff in maintaining a high professional standard for all advice, client service and personal integrity.




You will be mentored and developed in line with your goal progressing into a Private Wealth Adviser.Key Responsibilities:Take ownership and accountability for current and existing client business, including preparation and delivery of adviceProvide high-quality personal wealth management advice, ensuring clients are well-informedIdentify and address additional client needs promptly and effectivelyMeet minimum Service Standards and manage to client expectations within specified timelinesSupport fellow SAAs during their absence and contribute to wider team training, mentorship and workload allocationWhat you will bring:Proven experience in an Associate Adviser or Paraplanner roleSolid understanding of tax, superannuation, retirement income streams, investments, and social securitySound experience with XPLAN financial planning softwareExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to problem-solve independently and demonstrate initiativePassion for mentoring and developing peersNew business skills and existing client referral networksAccountable for targets aligned with key business driversReal drive/passion to become a Private Wealth AdviserTertiary qualification in Financial Planning, BusinessFASEA Qualified or working towards thisApplicants will be required to provide evidence of their eligibility to work in Australia, and at a minimum be required to undertake police and basic credit checks as a condition of employment.We acknowledge and celebrate the richness that individual differences bring to our team.
