JFH Konstrukt is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing aluminium screens and balustrade team.
This is a full-time position based in Brisbane, QLD ****, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site teams, coordinating with offshore suppliers, and maintaining compliance with all health and safety regulations.
This position is integral to the successful execution of our construction projects and represents a key leadership role within our organisation.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all offshore, manufacturing activities, logistics and on-site activities, ensuring work is completed in accordance with project specifications, timelines and budgetsManage and motivate site teams, including labourers, tradespeople and subcontractors to achieve project objectivesAs a site supervisor, must have background experience in aluminium manufacturing, boiler maker with carpentry experience.Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings to maintain a culture of safety and compliance on siteMonitor health and safety standards, conduct risk assessments and ensure all workers comply with safety protocols and regulationsMaintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress logs and documentation as requiredInspect completed work and materials to ensure quality standards are met and identify any defects or issuesLiaise with project managers,



clients and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on site progressManage site resources, including equipment, materials and personnel to maximise efficiencyIdentify and address on-site problems promptly, escalating issues to management when necessaryEnsure the site environment is kept clean, organised and compliant with environmental regulationsWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or similar supervisory role within the construction industryComprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety procedures and relevant legislationCurrent White Card (Construction Induction Certificate) or equivalent qualificationStrong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teamsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings and specificationsSound understanding of health and safety regulations, including WHS Act requirementsProven ability to manage time,



prioritise tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlinesProven ability to manage and coordinate with offshore manufacturer ensuring compliance with project design documentationProblem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in challenging situationsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standardsComputer literacy and familiarity with site management software or similar tools is advantageousRelevant qualifications such as Site Supervisor certification, First Aid, Carpentry, Boiler Maker, Metal Works fabrication.About usJFH Konstrukt is a dynamic and growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects across Queensland.
