Following a large success, they are now looking for an experienced Sales Executive to build their presence across the Melbournemarket.
The opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role focused solely on closing new business.
You will manage the full client journey, from identifying and engaging prospective agencies through to presenting the solution, onboarding new clients, training users and developing long-term relationships.
You will initially leverage existing relationships and warm introductions across an established network of commercial real estate agencies, while also identifying new opportunities within your territory.
Majorityof your week will be spent in the market meeting with clients across Melbourne.
When you are not meeting clients, you will work mainly from home with the expectation to be in the office once a fortnight.
Key responsibilities
Develop new business through existing relationships, warm introductions and targeted prospecting
Present the platform to agency directors and senior decision-makers
Manage the sales process from initial engagement through to conversion
Onboard new agencies and deliver platform training to users
Support clients as they transition from manual processes to a digital solution
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with agencies
Manage your territory, pipeline and activity autonomously




Work closely with the Melbourne-based leadership and broader national team
Provide market feedback and contribute to the continued development of the business
About you
We are looking for someone who understands the real estate industry and can confidently communicate with agency owners, directors and property professionals.
You will ideally bring:
Experience within commercial real estate, commercial leasing or a business servicing the property sector
Approximately 1+ yearsof B2B sales, business development or account management experience
A combination of new business development and relationship-management capability
SaaS, technology or solution-selling experience, which will be highly regarded
Confidence delivering presentations, demonstrations and client training
The ability to build credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders
Strong territory and pipeline-management skills
The motivation to work autonomously within a hybridand field-based position
A current driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout your territory
You may currently be working within commercial real estate and looking to move away from a traditional agency environment, or already selling a SaaS or technology solution into the property sector.
Most importantly, you will be driven, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to make your mark within a developing business.
What's on offer
Starting at $90K base + super (neg. depending on experience) + uncapped commission, OTE $150K
