DC House Design & Construction – Burleigh Heads QLD is seeking a technical, backend estimator who will own pricing from confirmed selections to drafting and issuing fixed-price contracts.
You will oversee Building Approval through to award, while the Junior Contracts Administrator handles BA paperwork.Three priorities drive success: compiling scope, inclusions, exclusions, and provisional sums with precision, interpreting reports into pricing and scope, and applying practical constructability
