LP's Quality Meats in Marrickville seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor.
You will manage a small team of 4–6 and ensure smooth execution of the schedule across grinding, injecting, tumbling, smoking, cooking, cooling and packing.Applicants should have proven supervisory experience in meat processing or smallgoods, robust organisational skills, and a commitment to food safety.
A forklift licence is beneficial for this role.
