In this pivotal, on-site role, you will oversee financial planning, monthly management reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic business decisions.Key responsibilitiesPreparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, journals, and financial statementsDevelop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecastingSupport commercial decision-making by analyzing cost structures, pricing, and profitabilityConduct detailed financial variance analysis and prepare insightful reports for the leadership teamEnsure strict adherence to statutory, compliance,



and taxation deadlinesCollaborate with the broader administrative and AR teams to streamline workflowDesired Experience & Qualifications:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingProven experience in a commercial Management Accounting or similar finance role within a manufacturing enviroment.Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities and familiarity with ERP preferably Microsoft NavisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsCapacity to commute daily to the Ingleburn, NSW location to directly work with our production team
