Focusing on the energy sector, our team advises on the preparation and negotiation of construction and O&M; contracts, offtake arrangements, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements and other ancillary procurement and services agreements.
Our team also provides strategic advice in relation to the early development phases and structuring of projects.About YouWe seek an Associate / Senior Associate (3 - 7 years' PQE) with an innovative and commercial approach, who possesses strong legal skills and a strong work ethic, to play an important role in delivering client work on projects and transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector,



and to work with us to identify and convert business development opportunities.To be successful in this role, you will have:Demonstrable experience with major projects;A keen interest in and desire to further your career as a legal advisor to the energy and infrastructure sector;An excellent academic record, coupled with strong legal skills and a practical, commercial mindset;A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our growing team and contribute to team culture;Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes, both collaboratively and autonomously; andStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.Motivation and energy to participate in and contribute to business development activities and build strong internal and external working relationships.The role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the growth and development of the energy, infrastructure and major projects practice at Dentons.
