Norfolk Foods in North Coburg VIC is seeking a QA Monitor to join our quality team in a casual, immediate-start capacity.
You will help ensure food safety and product quality across sausage production and meat-processing rooms, performing daily GMP checks and CCP/CP verification.
Reporting to the QA Manager, you will conduct allergen swabbing, environmental monitoring, and assist with audits, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and collaboration with production staff.
