Working closely with the Regional Manager, you'll contribute to branch growth through leadership, community involvement, and a strong focus on member needs.Lead and manage the daily operations of the Newcastle branchDrive a high-performance, member-first culture across the teamCoach, mentor and develop team members to achieve individual and branch goalsSupport consumer lending activities and ensure quality member outcomesMonitor branch performance, compliance, risk and operational controlsChampion service excellence and resolve member concerns effectivelyBuild strong relationships within the local community and identify business development opportunitiesEnsure all branch activities align with TMBL policies,

You are passionate about helping teams succeed, delivering exceptional service, and building strong community relationships.You bring a hands-on leadership style, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to create a positive and engaging setting for both members and employees.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in retail banking leadershipPrevious Branch Manager or senior banking leadership experienceStrong knowledge of consumer lending and banking productsProven ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong understanding of risk management, compliance and operational controlsEffective organisational and time management skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsFSR Tier 2 Accreditation (or the ability to obtain)Why Join TMBL?
