We are a specialist clinic (cardiology) at Coburg & Richmond as well as other sites.
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiasticmedical receptionistto become an integral part of our growing team at our locations in Melbourne.They will be working at our Coburg & Richmond sites mainly, but can help at other sites as well.
Key responsibilities include:
Primarily based at Coburg/Richmond, but available to help at other sites if needed.
Scheduling and confirming appointments for consultations
Handling of incoming calls
Welcoming and assisting patients
Coordinating diagnostic tests conducted on-site
Processing payments via EFTPOS
Managing patient invoicing and receipting
Assisting with general office duties
Collaborating effectively within a team




Performing basic cardiac tests such as 12 lead ECG, cardiac monitors etc..

(training will be provided).
Prior experience in healthcare reception is a must.
Comprehensive training will be provided for our web-based patient management.
This position requires in office presence.
Hours are generally between 8.15 AM till 5 PM.
