Our content spans Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, our website, email and paid advertising.The roleThis is not a traditional social media role.
You won't be handed a content calendar and asked to tick off three Reels and five posts each week.You'll work directly with the founders to come up with ideas, build recurring content formats, create campaigns, tell stories and find recent ways to make people care about The Explore Life.You'll have a lot of creative freedom and a lot of responsibility.What you'll actually doDevelop the overall content strategy and social (orangic and paid) creative direction for The Explore LifeCome up with original content ideas, series and recurring formatsWork directly with the founders to create personality-led and founder-led contentTurn everyday moments, products, people and behind-the-scenes chaos into content people actually want to watchWrite hooks, scripts, concepts and captionsShoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTubeWork with creators, UGC talent,
