Our client is a well-regarded, progressive commercial law firm in the Adelaide CBD, advising commercial clients on everything from property and business transactions to workplace relations. They are looking for a Lawyer with 3 to 5 years' PAE to take on a varied file load with direct client contact.

About the role! You will work across property, commercial and workplace relations matters for commercial clients, drawing on your existing strength and building depth in the others.
- Advise on commercial leasing and property transactions
- Prepare and negotiate commercial agreements,
including business sales and purchases
- Advise on employment and workplace relations issues, including contracts and policies
- Manage your own matters from instructions through to completion, keeping clients informed along the way
What you'll bring!
- Admitted to practise in South Australia (or eligible through mutual recognition), with a current practising certificate
- 3 to 5 years' PAE in property, commercial or workplace relations law (private practice experience needed)
- Confidence running your own files with day-to-day client contact
- Clear, practical written advice and sound commercial judgement
- A client-first approach and good communication under time pressure
